James specializes in one of the most massive fish in the world, the Goliath Grouper, that can weigh in at over 500 pounds and shares his stories catching and releasing this incredible animal as part of his charter business and ongoing research to better conserve them. James provides a great perspective on sharing his fishing knowledge with others and enjoying his amazing ocean life.
